Whimsical witchery

So as you can all see, I’ve changed my mind about the underwater theme for my dresser project and am now going with a more magical theme. I’ve always loved fantasy books, and as I was going along trying to work out the specifics in my mind, it finally dawned on me that I should create something whimsical and witchy. The above picture is what AI generated when I tried to describe what I was envisioning, which is giving me lots of great ideas. I’ve gotten a little bit done as you can see from the attached photos. I know it’s going to be slow going, but I think it’ll be something I really love once it’s finished. Stay tuned for more!

Underwater paradise project

Good morning, everyone.

I wanted to share a glimpse of a new creative project I’m currently working on. And I think by sharing what I’m doing, I’ll stay more on course. My newest project will be a joint effort between my youngest daughter, Autumn, and me. We’re going to transform a small dresser into an underwater paradise. (Or at least that’s our vision.) Only time will tell if we can accomplish what we’re both picturing. Collaborating can be challenging, but I really wanted to share this project with my daughter. Years from now, we can hopefully look back and smile, knowing we accomplished something truly amazing together. Here’s a glimpse of what I’ve accomplished so far. I plan to remove the remaining paint from the drawers today, and then I’ll need to do some touch-ups to get the whole thing ready for painting. Autumn will join in once it’s ready to go. So stay tuned for more updates!
